The ability to analyze and identify patterns or recurrences are normally characteristics that are highly sought after by companies and that are well suited to neurodivergent people . This is not true in absolute terms but usually the typical roles in the world of Information Technology lend themselves very well. Our professionals then bring a lateral thinking that is often the key to innovation. That is no small thing… The collaboration with Salesforce began a year and a half ago.
We met and immediately shared approaches and values
From there, the idea of launching a Salesforce facebook database Academy specifically for Specialisterne professionals was born. The project officially started this year, in February. The first edition led to the training of four developers and two marketers . All people who have already found work at Salesforce partners Everis and H-Farm. Positive and concrete results. The project was possible thanks to the contribution of the team of experts from Salesforce Italia who followed the people, trained them and accompanied them to certification.
A beautiful and positive experience
That we would like to replicate with the aim of organizing two Salesforce Academies a year to train about fifteen Salesforce specialists. Is this an ambitious or achievable target? It is estimated that in Italy there are about one million people on the autism spectrum. Logically, not all of these people are employable in IT roles and not all of them can aspire to do an Academy on Salesforce technologies, but the numbers of neurodivergent people employed could be significantly higher.

Our goal is to develop a much broader recruitment program that can cover an extended collaboration with universities and then within the next five years to train a hundred, if not even a few hundred, people per year.
